Your questions
on search.
Do we have to click in the bar before we start?
On computer, when the search bar is present in Clic4Care, just start typing. The first letter joins the search and you can continue your input. If you already write in another field or a window is opened, the search leaves this action priority.
Can we look with symptoms or description?
Yes. The engine brings together certain clinical signs and descriptions of the notions present in its lexicon. The capture "orange croute infection" thus illustrates results on the impetigo. The results depend on the terms entered and the available resources; they allow to find content, not to make a diagnosis.
How to reduce a too wide list of results?
Specify your request, choose the type of content you are looking for — Templates, Printed, Guides, Tools or Contacts — and then use the keywords offered in "Finnish" when they are available. Meters help you locate where the results are.
Why are certain words highlighted?
Clic4Care highlights the terms that have contributed to the correspondence. It may be the word entered, but also a synonym or term associated with your search. This helps you understand why a card appears.
Is it the same function as AI Assistant?
The search retrieves and ranks the library resources. AI Assistant allows you to deepen a question in a conversation. Both functions are complementary: you can search for a document directly, then explore a topic with the assistant.
