All intellectual property rights relating to Clic4Care are the exclusive property of CLIC4CARE SAS, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, display, modification or distribution of all or part of the elements of the software Clic4Care is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability
CLIC4CARE SAS implements reasonable means to ensure access to and proper functioning of the Platform and software Clic4Care, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions, errors or malfunctions. Use of the Platform and/or software Clic4Care is the sole responsibility of the user. CLIC4CARE SAS does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or relevance of information on the Platform. Users must check, validate and adapt any information before using it, particularly in a medical context. The software Clic4Care does not replace the clinical judgement of the user or the official recommendations in force.
