Can I create a fully personal template?

Yes, with Clic4Care Pro or Ultim. You can create your own template from scratch: choose its title and category, write its content and organize it in sections if necessary. Then find your template in your personal space to view, copy and edit it.

What do we copy by clicking on a card?

The content of the displayed section. The title of the card, tab labels and action buttons are not part of the text copied. You can then paste this text into your software or document, then adapt it.

What are the tabs of a template for?

They group several sections into the same card. Click on a tab to read its content, then on the card to copy this section. Changing the tab does not copy the content.

What templates are found in Clic4Care?

Test request templates occupy a central place. The categories also include certificates, reports, patient advice, mail, standard examinations, medicines, kine, speech therapist, podologist, psychologist, paediatrician and nursing.

Can I modify a template without touching its original version?

Yes, with Pro and Ultim. Customization creates your version of the template, visible only in your account. You adapt the content of its sections and save your version. The original version remains available and can be restored.

How can I find my usual templates?

Add them to the favourites with the star of the card. This gesture is common to other Clic4Care content cards: you are a selection adapted to your practice.
