What is a Cookie?

The CLIC4CARE Web Platform and all its web pages use cookies to distinguish you from other users of the Web Platform. This allows us to improve the Services and optimize your user experience.


2. What is a cookie?

A cookie consists of a text-based information channel transferred by a Web Platform to your computer's hard drive so that the Web Platform remembers you. Cookies can help a Web Platform adapt content more quickly to your interests. In general, a cookie contains the name of the cookie's home domain, the cookie's "lifetime" and a value, namely a unique number created randomly.
